Rated 4 out of 5 by Btin from Product good, service complaint We rec'd confirm stools ready for pick up. got there, only two of my four were there. Brought home, unboxed them, one was damaged. Husand was able to fix with his own drill and paint. Had to drive one hour back to store a few days later to get other two stools. One stool was missing the protective feet! I had to go to Walmart and and buy foot pads so still wouldn't damage my floor. Much improvement needs to be done on your ordering/shipping process. Your handlers are way to rough and quality control should have check and seen that one stool was missing foot pads! we shop in the store all of the time, but doubt I will order anything else online. I did call and completed the email form with photos of my stools, I was never given and feedback or a credit for all of my trouble or damages.

Rated 4 out of 5 by texasgirls from Nice Stools-Great Price I purchased 4 similar to these from Kirklands without the backrest and decided to exchange them for the ones with the back. The backrest makes the stools alittle more functional and comfortable. The stools are really nice, good quality and they fit well with my farmhouse/rustic look. I added felt pads to the legs so they would slide in and out with ease. They only thing I would like more is if they twisted down just another inch. It says counter height but currently I have an older home and the counters were built lower BUT I really purchased them for a new house we are building and I know the counter is measured higher - they will be perfect in the new kitchen. Overall, you can't beat the price and quality. Bar stools can be very pricing. I just love everything from Kirklands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ALing from Very disappointed I ordered these stools because they looked so great online and the price was a sure sell compared to other rustic industrial stools I’ve seen. However when I received the stools and put one of them together I was very disappointed: 1) The wood wasn’t smooth and my pants would catch on the jagged edges. 2)The seat was very uncomfortable. 3) There were some sharp metal pieces sticking out because it hadn’t been properly flattened out all the way. 4) When I turned the chair around to sit in it, the metal frame scratched against my marble counter and left a black mark that wouldn’t come off. Needless to say I sent all the stools back. Terrible product, would not recommend at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by lkorn from Very dissapoonted I originally tried to purchase these barstools. But had to wait because they were out of stock. So after waiting several weeks they finally came back into stock. We receive them quickly but when we opened up the boxes and put them together the top pieces were totally crooked. My husband had to take the pieces off and read drill holes to get them straight. I even wrote an email to Kirkland's to ask them how I need to return the chairs but got no response we did keep the chairs because my husband was able to fix them they were the perfect style that I was looking for just disappointed in the manufacturing of them

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mdr1 from Poor quality I like the look, but the quality of these barstools a very poor. I Purchased these less than a year ago, The screws keep falling out from the bottom, and the back. Two of the screws holding the back rest on two barstools have fallen out so many times that they no longer stay in place at all. They just fall out. Also, the backrest of one barstool has already cracked. These barstools are not frequently used. The main person that sits on them is my toddler. My husband does not find them comfortable, so he rarely sits on them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by THERAM17 from Pricey but Nice Style The stools matched the style we were going for in our kitchen. The fact that these were made from reclaimed wood and iron also encouraged us to make the purchase. We would not normally pay this much for a barstool, but we had coupons, so those helped to bring them down to somewhat of a more reasonable price. We did have to carefully inspect the stools we chose because there were a few that were extremely crooked when the seat was raised. I would purchase again, especially if the price was significantly lowered!
